A note of thanks should be offered to MacDougal School’s
teacher Jeanne Niswander and district Technology Director, Susan Stillwell. It was with their efforts,
that MacDougal School received a $32,000 grant which was used to purchase the Lexia software. Lexia is
now being used by all K-2 and some 3-5 grade students throughout MSAD5! The MacDougal/South School PTF
also had a hand in bringing this program together by purchasing headsets for each computer.
